Jax is survived by his parents Travis and Marisa Jaenisch of Madison, MN; grandparents: Jim and Kristi Prestholdt, Dawson, MN, Rodney and Tammy Jaenisch, Clara City, MN as well as aunts and uncles and other extended family and friends.
