Carol Hall

Carol Hall of Lincoln, NE and formerly of Montevideo, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at The Grace Space in Lincoln, NE at the age of 89.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Montevideo with interment in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 6 at Anderson - TeBeest Funeral Home in Montevideo from 5-7:00 PM and at the church for one hour before the service.

Carol Ann Hall was born September 28, 1936, to Clarence and Verna Gegare in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She shared a loving marriage with Ted Hall, and together they raised 5 children. Carol loved spending time with family, crafting, bible study, and through the years she enjoyed caring for many horses, dogs, cats, and Hackney ponies (including a National Championship pony, Spirit).

She is survived by her sons: Craig, Kevin (Kathy), Ted (Sherri), and Tim (Deanna); her grandchildren: Katie (Micky), Kristin (Bump), Jessica (Rick), Ted (Lea), Molly (Gene), Nicole (Josue), Tommy (Cathy), Zachary, and Elizabeth; and many great-grandchildren.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Ted and their daughter, Cathy.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the Paul and Neva Grace Foundation (https://thegracespace.com/foundation/) to assist other families in having the outstanding end-of-life care that Carol experienced.
