Glenn Eddy, 85, of Montevideo, died January 29, 1997 at the Chippewa County - Montevideo Hospital.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 3, 1997 at 2:00 P.M. at the United Methodist Church in Montevideo. Rev. Robert Ford will officiate and interment will be at Sunset Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Monday for two hours before the services at the church.
Glenn Osmar Eddy was born January 11, 1912 in Chippewa County, MN the son of Ellsworth and Anna (Poppe) Eddy. He grew to adulthood in Montevideo and graduated from High School in 1930. Glenn worked as an auto mechanic in Montevideo for many years.
He is survived by one sister, Beatrice Friest of Montevideo, MN and by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preceding him in death were his parents; one brother, Maurice Eddy; and one brother-in-law, Allan Friest.
