Lori Renae Anderson was born to Donna and Elwood Anderson on June 15, 1963, in Montevideo. Lori grew up on her parent’s beautiful farm along with her 2 brothers, Lonnie and Lee. Lori and her brothers were always welcoming their friends to visit or stay at the farm. It was a very fun place to be! Lori’s family took many trips to Florida where they visited relatives. Their family also loved to go to the Minnesota State Fair every year.
Lori was involved in many High School activities and graduated in 1981. She participated in band, stage band, choir, AFS, German Club, student council, Yearbook Staff, homecoming and was a football/basketball cheerleader. Lori had a very congenial personality and loved to have fun with her friends! In 1983 Lori was crowned the Montevideo Fiesta Queen. She took great pride in this role.
Lori attended and graduated from St. Cloud State University. After college, Lori worked on a cruise ship and was a fashion model for stores and advertisements. Lori lived in California for a few years and then moved to the twin cities area where she worked as an administrative assistant for the remainder of her career. Lori also resumed her modeling career.
Lori was beautiful inside as well as on the outside! Her love of music, jewelry, shopping, finding values/deals, giving advice and most important her love for her friends will never be forgotten! She put her whole heart into all of this! She will be missed and remembered forever!
