Milton Lee Reich, 64, of Holloway, Minnesota passed away on Wednesday morning June 24, 2026, at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 30th at Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church in Benson. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, June 29th at Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church and for one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Holloway.

Milton was born on August 20, 1961, in Benson, Minnesota, the son of Lyland and Margaret (Grothe) Reich. He graduated from Appleton High School and was a lifetime member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, where he was baptized, confirmed, and proudly served in many different roles.

A lifelong farmer, Milton grew up on the family farm and called it home his entire life. He loved the simple pleasures: spending time with family, visiting with friends, driving his Gator and taking drives in his pickup. One thing our brother didn’t enjoy was cooking for himself. Instead, he loved to be invited by family for a meal or eating with friends at the Whistle Stop or the C Store. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his infectious laugh, his listening ear, his helping hand on any project, his long conversations, and the made-up songs he loved to sing. He always made time and space for the people he loved, no matter what and that’s something we can all learn from him.

Milton is survived by his five sisters and one brother: Carol (Dave) Runke of Willmar, Clarice (Randy) Novak of Willmar, Violet (Robin) Baerwaldt of Big Stone City, SD, Vivian (Doug) Clark of Benson, Marvin Reich of Willmar and Mary (Greg) Tensen of Brooten. Nieces and Nephews: Matthew (Alicia) Runke, Doug (Margaret) Runke, Nathan Runke, Alissa (Nick) Kubasch, Amanda (Nathan) Hansen, Beth Novak, Marissa (Eric) Croatt, Megan (Keinen) Bousquet, Chad and Josh Clark, Ben and Jacob Tensen, Cassandra (Wyatt) Thorson; great nieces and nephews: Madison, Ellie, Nolan, Avery, Beckett, Declan, Morgan, Harley, Elora, Evander, Bailey, Miles and Kyrie.

He was preceded in death by his parents Lyland and Margaret Reich.
