Ronald Myers

Ronald Myers, of Bellingham, died April 7, 2026 at Appleton Area Health at the age of 64.

Ronald Andrew Myers was born March 15, 1962 at Appleton, MN the son of Dale and Lorraine ((Kalbler) Myers. He graduated from Ortonville High School in 1980. Ron served in the US Navy from 1980 - 1983. He worked as a butcher for Pioneer Meats in Ortonville and later worked for Steve Strie farming around the Ortonville area. Ron was united in with Wannetta Yungbauer December 11, 2003 at the Lac qui Parle County Court House. They made their home in Bellingham. He was a member of NRA, Pheasants Forever, and the US Veteran Association. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, collecting knives, coins, and guns. Ron was a member of Church of St. John's in Ortonville. He loved to grill, was a cat lover, and he loved his family. Ron was the best step-dad to three grateful children who love him fully.

He is survived by his wife, Wannetta; three children: Kurt Eastling of Appleton, Kristina Eastling of Clements, and Kaye Eastling of Appleton; and four grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a sister, Joyce Card; and two brothers: Donald Myers and Thomas Myers.
