Wolfgang Gaebler

Wolfgang Gaebler, age 69, of Appleton, died Sunday, October 6th in Appleton Area Health Services –Hospital.  A Memorial Service will be held in the Twin Cities area at a later date.

Wolfgang Rolf Jurgen Gaebler was born April 6, 1950 in Wetzlar, Germany, the son of Wolfgang Benno and Ann Julianna (Kammer) Gaebler.  Wolfgang “Wolf” was raised in St. Paul, Minnesota where he graduated from Central High School.  In December, 1994 Wolf was united in marriage to Linda Lantto in St. Paul.  This union was blessed with over 24 years together.

Wolf is survived by his wife, Linda Gaebler of Appleton; sons: Charles (Sara) Gaebler of Big Lake and Anthony (Crystal) Gaebler of Stillwater; six grandchildren: Alexis, Samantha, and McKenna Koshenina and Charlotte, Gretchen, and Anthony Gaebler; sister, Irene Hendrickson of Moundsview; his ex-wife, Sandra Severson of Stillwater; and  other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents: Wolfgang and Ann Gaebler.
