John Wade Obituary

John Wade died peacefully at his home near Montevideo on March 11, 2022 at the age of 61.

A memorial service is planned for mid-summer.

John Fredrick Wade was born August 2, 1960 to Bernard and Shirley Wade of Chokio, MN. He was a 1979 graduate of Chokio-Alberta High School. Following graduation he attended Willmar Tech for machine tooling. John drove truck for a few years, and then later worked at the sugar beet plant in Renville. He worked for Bituminous Paving out of Odessa until the time of his illness in April 2021.

John loved to fish, deer hunt, and ride his Harley Davidson motorcycle on a nice summer day. John is survived by his family: Kay Gullord of Anoka, Brfad (Linda) Wade of Oberlin, KS, Rod Wade of Moorhead and Julie Ehrp of Chokio; as well as by several nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
